Probably. Are the old BBS wheels the correct centre bore?

The suspension you have and your suspension height have something to do with it as well. You'd better tell the people here about that so that they can help you better.

I just drove home from the track with 15x7 +38 and they were just fine...but I have 16K springs.

People here cannot help you if you dont say what tires u are going to be using. The tire is what is gonna hit something not the rim. If the wheels dont clear the calipers then just get a spacer......but then the fender problems only increase...

I have run 15x7 +35 wheels on my car as well as +33 and there was no problems. And that setup is wider than the setup you are planning to run. I was on AVS ES100 205-50-15
