05+ comes with leads for the two rear speakers. All you have to do now is find a place to mount it. Use 5.25" speakers with foam/plastic baffles, and mount them behind the seatback, on the plastic of the roll hoops. If S2ki search doesn't suck so much, I would find the thread for you, since you asked nicely.
Try looking in their Electronics Forum. As for the fronts, 6" midranges fit perfectly.

it's available for 04+ but the dealer can install on ap1 also
be prepare to spend 800ish tho</TD></TR></TABLE>
waste of money if you ask me, the speaker is probably the same low wattage paper special
the cheap way would be getting a better Hu, ungrade the front and get rear panel speaker mod(free)

my dealer said the keyless wont work because honda wired it throught the head unit, so without the honda head unit, theres no keyless. figured id listen to honda, my mistake. im sure by now theres kits that include how to rewire the keyless if this was happening.

yep, mine was out and i was driving to get some wires, i mean the whole cd player, and all the mounting piece were out and i have the oem keyless working just fine.
I see how they would say this, notice there's a little useless red led in your armrest, the booger gets the signal from the cd player(big **** two wires plugs), i disconnected it and nothing happens)
needless to say i put it back after i re wire all the oem wires with monster cable.
<--stock HU, rewired with Monster wires, Sony Amp, POLKS front and Sony Rear panel speakers plus OEM changer

On the earlier model S2000 there are only 2 speakers one for each door. You can either tap into those speakers or wire in to the radio connector. Honda has put additional pins in the back of the radio for 2 more speakers. It's a difficult job but it is the right way. Pull out the radio and pin-in your wires in the connector. That is what I did with mine.
You're dealer told you wrong. Honda only did that in the 96-98 civics. There is a seperate keyless entry control unit under the dash. If you replace the radio, you're audio controls on the left side of the dash won't work.
Your keyless does not interfere with the stock radio. It will still work. If you change out the headunit you can still retain the factory left controls if you use a blackbox-type interface that works with the aftermarket unit. Check out http://www.modifry.com.
