Default How Can I protect my engine? Cams Polished! (Raise oil pressure, 10w 40)

This is my story. My intake cam ground out, so I had the camshaft and surface polished.

How can I help to protect my engine.

If I raise oil pressure via (mugen filter, RSX filter)

and run 10w 40.

Ground out? what motor? what oil are you using, and do you have any pics of the damage?
