ok this morning got in my 93 Civic EX went to work everything just fine 1pm got in my car to go home and the tach speed-o gas and rad temp, turn signal lights, clock, don't work at all. the srs light comes on, the batt light comes on, the hazards work and light up. I replaced the fuse in spot 15 with a 10A fuse. and nothing. I have even pulled the cluster and checked the plugs and everything is in and clean no hack jobs nothing i just don't get it.

Can anyone help me i have no idea what else to do
