Mating a GSR crank with a B16a JDM block./
Is this possible? I have heard the the pistons will stick out of the top of the block and risk hitting your head or spark plugs?
I have recently bought 9.8 84mm JEs but I want to stay all motor but want to stroke my B16a to 1.8L and get high compression pistons.

It is possible yes, but custom rods and pistons would have to be made. Normally when people stroke a B16a they use the B17 crank...also known as the Tech43 kit.

wrong.
the tech 43 kit is a set of custom pistons with a raised wrist pin. you use LS crank and LS rods. =1.8xx L (almost 1.9 with the 82x89)
the b17 crank and rods is a completely different thing. =1.7L
