Where to get turbo rebuilt?
I've finally finished the turbo install on my car and it seems that oil is blowing past the seals on my brand new turbo 
I'm not running a restrictor so this may be my own fault but I guess no turning back now.
Can anyone recommend a good place to have my turbo rebuilt and how much it will cost roughly? It's an IHI T4 60-1.
