Default The Club

Alright guys, now that i've bought an integra, i need to start worrying about protection. My dad has "The Club" in his car, sorry i dont have a picture but its basically this thing that wraps around your steering wheel so people can't jack your car. Does anyone have any comments or suggestions for The Club. My dad says it works and they will pay your deductible if your car is stolen, but a friend told me that thiefs can just saw it right off. Any help with this subject will help, thanks.

They make a specific tool for defeating the club. Breaks it in half in less than 60 seconds.

The club is just a deterrint. It will not stop your car from being stolen, It might stop some little kids, but not a car theif. It can be cut off real easily. I have cut my sister steering wheel off to remove hers because she lost the keys. Real simple and quick and does not make really any noise. Do your self a favor and get a decent alarm and kill switch. Then add the club and footlock as extra layers of protection. The more you have the better. It make the theif stay in your car a little long and thats what the don't like.
