hey guys, i just got my new Motegi's and i am in need of lowering my car. i've got an '03 EX and i am gunna put some eibach sportlines on it which lower it by 1.4". I know my current shocks are gunna crap out in about a year with those soi'm gunna need some new shocks soon. I'll probobly go with adjustables cuz i live in minnesota and it well...lots of snow. What do you guys recommend. I looked at the konis but those are a lot. Any other reputable brands out there for a lower price? Thanks

 

the 150 extra dollars you spend on the konis is nothing compared to what it'll cost if you go with another shock.

trust me, in the long run the extra money you spend on a koni over a tokico or kyb is miniscule. tiny. not even worth caring about.

but, if you MUST get something else, the tokico illumina's are ok. nothing to write home about but they do the job.

 

i would choose another spring than eibach sportlines go with like an handr or something. my friend has sportlines with agx's and its real soggy feeling.
