Default Noisy LMA's Should i change or deal with?

Its a racecar, doesnt see much other duty time, i can do the work so cost is not the issue, just wondering if any damage can occure from it

not quite sure but i think it can cause some kinda damage??

pretty sure that could cause some cam problems if the fail!
