Default A very specific spark plug question

I have a b16b with skunk2 pro 2 cams. Currently tuned to 210+ hp at the fly. My fuel pressure is 53 psi with stock 240cc injectors. I was wondering what spark plugs you guys would recommend. Should I stick with the std b16b ones or should I be looking to move to the next lower heat range ones (IIRC that's 7?)

Many thanks.
