Plugging extra line?
Okay so I bought a 94 GSR block and used a 2000 Si head. 1 problem (well that I have found so far)
Considering there isn't a FITV on the intake manifold for the head but there is a coolant line on it for the block. My question is how should I cap it off. I have a temp fix right now but, I don't trust it for long drives. Car is just getting me to work right now. Hoping someone can help me by this weekend. I am sure autozone/pep boys would have a part but, I don't know what it is I am asking for.

If you search for "coolant bypass" or "fitv bypass" you'll find some better explanations. But basically you have one coolant output near the thermostat and vtec solenoid. It goes to the fitv. Then from the fitv to the IACV, then from the IACV to the alternator side near the fpr. Get a long hose, and connect the vtec solenoid side coolant line to the fpr side coolant line.
To plug the FITV, get some blank paper gasket material, it comes in sheets. Also get like an 1/8th thick chunk of metal from the hardware store, and cut a small square in the shape of the missing FITV output under the throttle body. Get some short 10mm bolts, drill some holes, and bolt it up. The two lines under the IACV can be left open.
These explanations are all from my D series experience so your mileage might vary.

I actually don't have an FTV. Basically what it boils down to is I have one tube that I need to cap off which doesn't have another place to go. Right now it is capped off with a cheap rubber cap that is slowly leaking coolant. I am scared that one of the days it is going to blow.
