Hondata S200 hondalogger.... does yours read vehicle speed?

Hondata S200 hondalogger.... does yours read vehicle speed?
Trying to figure out if I wired car up correctly before I take it to get tuned, and the tuner laughes at me... 
Is the vehicle speed and gear supposed to be displayed?
Car is 89 DX w/ 1'st gen B16a. Using 3 wire VSS sensor.
I know VSS signal is B10 and it's orange
The other 2 wires I can only assume tap into "Sensor Voltage" and Sensor Ground" plugs which are D20 and D22
