cusco comp s installed *pics*
it took me a lil while but i finally got em on... cusco comp s coilovers for a type r i bought while in japan...changin out the rear lcas were a b*tch...the head to the strut bolt broke off and had to sawzaw thru the bushing to get everything...but yea heres some pics

the zero series use a different damper, i believe the spring is the same. the ride height adjustment for the comp-s is not independant as well so you would be changing the stroke length and spring load iirc

You can lower it further with the spring perche. It will, however, reduce your compression stroke. The car may still drive fine, and it may not.
As for the spring coming unseated, that is a normal thing for people with coil-over sleeves too. It's not too big a deal, but you should always make sure the springs seat properly after you have your car up on jackstands. Other than that, you don't have to worry about it...
