I am getting a JDM B18C ITR motor with the P73 ECU. I heard that the ecu has a speed limiter at about 120 mph. I would like to get that taken out. Does the Apexi VAFC-II do that? I know the RSM does that but it only monitors the engine. I would rather get the VAFC to tune it up and at the same time get rid of the speed limiter. Thanks.

Please someone correct me if im wrong but i belive that there is no speed limiter on any honda motor... atleast B series motors.

 

Mine does right around 190km kick the revs right back to 7000

 

All JDM ECU's have speed limiters
