what oil do you think is best and how much do i purchase...? just wanna know whats being used out there

 

The B16A requires 4.2 quarts for an oil and filter change.

Oil brand is pretty subjective; for the most part, as long as it has the API star emblem on the bottle, you're good to go. I personally use Castrol GTX because of its low ash content. A lot of folks recommend expensive synthetics, but I personally feel they are a waste unless you're running forced induction or use 5000+ mile change intervals.

 

Genuine Honda FEO, if you can afford it. Mr Honda designed the oil to be used in his motors so why not use it.
