greddy type s bov

hey there, i was wondering if anyone could answer me quick as to why my greddy type s BOV has two spots in the top for vacuum lines. shouldnt it just have one?

The top port goes to a vacuum/boost source.

The bottom port goes to a boost only source.

The bottom port is optional.
