AIt and TDC sensors similare or related on the harness?

AIt and TDC sensors similare or related on the harness?
Well after a year of build up with Darton sleeves, Weisco pistons, eagle crank Eagle Rods, bored, honed decked, fully built head etc etc etc...
the B18A1 is now finally in the car!
Although we have codes, one for TDC and once for AIT sensors.
Could we have some plugs reveresed? I really dont wanna say the TDC sensor is bad, due to it being fine before when we drove the Civic.
The car wont stay idleing, I know part of this fault is probably due to the base turbo tune on the chip. probably WAY too mcuh fuel going in.
but i figure this TDC code were getting could be part of the problem.
What do you think?
