CAN I PUT A LARGER TB ON MY Z6 FROM AN H OR B SERIES. ANY VACUMM MODS AND WHAT ABOUT TB WIRE AND PORTING OF INTAKE MANNY?

Well I would def be porting the intake to match the throttle body. Not much point in doing it if you dont.

See that button next to A and below Tab, labeled Caps Lock? Press it.

Yes, you can bolt a B series TB onto the d series IM. But, unless you bore the IM to match the size of the TB, youre really just wasting your time.

Dude...turn caps lock off or people will just keep bitching.
if you port match the intake manifold you will see minor gains...very minor. I have a b vtec tb on my y8 and all I see is a slight increase in mpg.
Everything lines up fine B:D

Same problem numbnutts.

Without port matching the IM you're not going to see any gains. EVEN if you go bigger.

Why is it called yelling if it's all caps? I get it that it's annoying to read but why do we care? It's not really yelling, its just letters... Good info though, i was not aware a b-series tb will bolt to a d-series intake mani.
