Default 99-00 SI oem fog instalation question

I bought the factory oem honda fog kit for my car it came with all the wiring and i hooked it all up, the only thing is the fogs only come on when i have mty headlights on. I think thats how its ment to be through the wiring i used the little like jumper harness to my switch like all the factory stuff and direction.

IS THERE A WAY TO CUT A WIRE OR WHAT DO YOU DO TO GET THE FOGS TO TURN ON WITHOUT HAVING TO HAVE THE HEADLIGHTS FULLY ON.?? thanks in advance

thats how its suppose to work. thats a usdm requirement. now if you got the jdm version you could put the fogs on with your parking lights (for eg's and dc2's also)

someone did a write up on how to bypass it. i think jdmlifestyles (sp?) did it.. not sure...

There is a switch too, are you sure you can't use that or is that only for the JDM fog lights? I have a set of the USDM lights and a OEM honda switch that I am getting rid of but in for an answer in case someone asks.
