Default F23 header worth it?

I read a few posts about header for the f23(not that there were many) but I couldn't really get a feel for if it was worth it or not. One post specifically was noting that are differences in the EX and LX headers...I have a the LX model, which according to that post is the more restrictive 4-1 type...just looking for a bit of clarity here please. Aftermarket header: Yes or no?

Here is that post: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=897356

is it worth it? worthiness is really up to you.

you won't get much gains from it, 3 hp or so maybe. if you have an intake and exhaust it will make a small contribution to the package, and will look nice under the hood.

6th gen Accords all have the same exhaust manifold. There's no difference between LX and EX manifolds.
