Default Quick question about replacing valve seals....

Do u have to take off the head to replace them? My cars burning oil too, i only have 69,000 miles on my car, it burns only when i run it hard and it burns maybe 1 quart every 700-1000 miles. I was just curious if the head needs to come off to replace the seals...

its not to hard, and no you dont have to take the head off...but you will need to use compressed air to hold the valves up in the cylinders. i just did this about a week ago
