Crower 403 or 404, make sure you upgrade valvetrain as well.

if u want to be streetable 403 are good upgrade and cam gears are good for tuning, I mean 404s are good too but u need more mods and compression to get the best results from them

cool, thanks for the info, i just found another thread that also recommended 403's.

um, what would a set go for, i stay in South Africa.. so if i try import a set i gotta multiply prices by R6.10/$ + postage plus import duty

what sort of a gain would i get from just the cams/gears/valvetrain??

This has a ton of specs on the integras, & also weights.
Not sure about the sedan civic model, but those years are usually lighter then integras.

k one more set of questions,
(1) is it possible to use the stock cams and to use adjustable cam gears and tune the car like that??
(2) im guessin i'l have to chip it to tune it best??
(3) what sort of gain will i get with the crower 403's and cam gears on i/h/e engine?? i read somewhere its something like 18-20whp gain tops?
(4) what sort of gains (if any) would i get from using stock cams and adjustable cam gears on the engine, just i/h/e?

thanks for the help guys

1) Yes, but why would you want to?
2) Yes, OBD1 (94-95)
3) I've seen up towards 40hp, your gonna need the springs/retainer set also
4) About as much as I/H/E

IMO just Boost it
