what cam would be the best to use on stock B18B with just i/h/e (search)
i'v tried searching, couldnt find much...
so i was just wondering, which cam would be best to use on a stock B18B, just with i/h/e. and if i swap in a new cam, do i need adjustable cam gears???
im looking for a bit of a power gain, nothing too hectic, coz my cars a daily driver..
sorry if this is a noob question.

if u want to be streetable 403 are good upgrade and cam gears are good for tuning, I mean 404s are good too but u need more mods and compression to get the best results from them

um, what would a set go for, i stay in South Africa.. so if i try import a set i gotta multiply prices by R6.10/$ + postage plus import duty
what sort of a gain would i get from just the cams/gears/valvetrain??

huh?! your from south africa? Prices can vary depending on how long they were used, if you were to buy them new or used, etc.

This has a ton of specs on the integras, & also weights.
Not sure about the sedan civic model, but those years are usually lighter then integras.

(1) is it possible to use the stock cams and to use adjustable cam gears and tune the car like that??
(2) im guessin i'l have to chip it to tune it best??
(3) what sort of gain will i get with the crower 403's and cam gears on i/h/e engine?? i read somewhere its something like 18-20whp gain tops?

1) Yes, but why would you want to?
2) Yes, OBD1 (94-95)
3) I've seen up towards 40hp, your gonna need the springs/retainer set also
4) About as much as I/H/E
IMO just Boost it
