Alright....I'm looking to order the full chargespeed kit for a 99 civic hatch.

Now...my question is, does the chargespeed sideskirts get bolted on over
the oem stock sideskirts or does the oem sideskirts need to be taken off before
bolting on the chargespeed sideskirt?

i'm pretty sure the old ones need to come off.

 

Thats what I was thinking...but just to be sure I thought I'd ask because I dont have the oem sideskirts now and I know someone selling a set at a good price.
Dont want to have to waste money picking them up unless I need them.
