k my problem is i got state ref for intake. . i was going to put a b16a2 in my 95 eh2. i was reading the CA CHP rules for swap motor and it says you can't swap motor. my friend is giving me the motor, its legit but has no papers. i was wondering if i already too my car to state ref with stop d15b8 and didn't pass the smog and then i took it with the b16a2 would it matter or would i have to stay wit the stock, and if i get pulled over with b16a2 would they tow my car.
