Default Should i buy this car?

Okay so its a 1995 Civic Coupe with a swapped in engine from a 92-95 hb si that has 112xxx km and the body has 180xxx km. It has a turbo and is running 6psi, bov, body is mint no rust, good paint, 2 sets of tires, alarm with built in turbo timer. He is firm on 8300 canadian. I got it inspected and it has a front side mount exhaust that is illegal so that would need to be replaced eventually and it has a front inner fenden panel missing??? don't know what that is.

So basically it has an SOHC VTEC, d16z6 motor, with a turbo kit on it. I'm not sure what the coversions are into US miles and dollars but if it had roughly 150k miles on the body and 100k miles on the motor, I wouldn't pay anymore than 4000-4500 US dollars for it....just my opinion.

Sounds like a bit too much if the math is right. Even w/ turbo...

rip off ... i'd offer him 4 and maybe go 5 max if you really want it. a boosted motor with that mileage could be ok if done right, could be a big mess for you in a few months if he half assed it.

Heres the story a kid driver had it before and drove it too hard and had it on too much psi so when his engine blew a garage in my city called spin city turbo bought it off him and swapped in the engine and fixed everything up and sold it to the guy i'm buying it off of.
