More power?
What would be the best way o get more power out of the ep3...turbo or supercharger also would like for it to be legal..? was thinking or dc5-r but don't want to hassle with smog checks later .

You'll probably hear that more power is accessible through a turbocharger. However, if you're only looking to make a bit more power, a supercharger will do that very nicely, minus the high maintenance and spool up time a turbocharger needs.
