thought yall might want to see my GruppeM intake
well i got my gruppeM intake a few weeks ago. i was to lazy to post anything about it but i finally uploaded pics on my comp. i love the intake. with partial throttle it Loves to wistle at me. i love it. it seems i can feel some torque imrpovements and throttle response. it pulls harder to at lower rpms. fitment blew. the mounts that came with it didnt work where they are suppose to go mainly becuase of my ac lines so i just kinda made it work. the rubber part around the top edge of the CF touches the hood when its closed. will that be a problem? it hasnt been for the past couple of weeks so i think itll be alright.
edit: forgot to say, if u ever want to order one of these. be prepared to wait. it took mine almost 2 months to get here. i still wouldnt trade it for anything though
i got it from GruppeM USA a.k.a. rennsport
well here are some pics.

damn, it looks like it's going to eat your coolant overflow tank.....it must be thirsty for that green kool-aid.

I'd like to see that too. Until then, no Butt Dyno's allowed!
By the looks of it, it seems as if it would be harder for the engine to pull in air considering that thing is trying to swallow the water overflow and it's location/length in general.
I think Dillan had that one on his car and cut a huge hole in his front bumper.

People have done that too. I don't know...just seems like an unefficient place to pick up 'fresh' air.

well it draws pretty much alll its air from the bottom of the intake. the bottom is like 80% opne. and the stock air inlet pipe thing still draws some air into it. i wonder if it would be able to draw more air with out that cause it just seems like it blocks alot of the open space of the intake.
