i give you props on being original but not really my cup of tea i perfer the stock center console but thats just my 2 cent.. so what center console was that from? and are thoose speakers in the ac vent?
Don't understand it as a gauge but I use that idea with my camaros shift light.
You need to see a gauge easily at eye level to be worth anything thats why I run an A-pillar.
Works great on the track and drags ricers like a bug zapper on the street

How can you see those gauges? Looks like it could be dangerous just trying to see them. I am assuming they are behind the vents, it's hard to tell. Props on the effort.
Yah, ima bite your idea... so i can loose my vents and make it really really hard to see my gauges. Gauges need to be highly visible and there for very fast checks.... vents are usefull for a bright shiftlight... not much else.
And why hide your gauges... and leave your FMIC visible? Kinda silly if you ask me

What the crap are you babbling about.....
I'm not even trying to be rude but i'm lost.
I and most others were mature and just questioned why on earth you did that.

naw man i didnt mean you i meant nick not you yo! dont worry about it its kool yea i know about shift lights behind the vents but my gauges are fine and all do respect for someone that it just doesnt work for them its all good...o and to answer someone elses question about my intercooler well that was an old pic i just painted it black because my hks blow off valve went to crap so i put in a dsm one less noise its better i feel!
Honestly, gauges right there seem like it would be more of a pain in the *** than anything. You said your 6', wouldn't that just make it worse?
Did you post this for people to copy, then you could go back and say you did it first (which you aren't really "first", I've seen shift lights mounted in the vents, which seems to be good, but the gauges???)
break up your sentences, the run ons are a little hard to understand

dang i didnt know i had to use proper english and punctuation when i was on here. Is this better perhaps?
i think it looks dumb. dont come back and get all pissy with me, hell you could think my car looks dumb.
i know that mostly everything on my car is functional. you can barely see your gauges behind those vents. just doesnt make any sense.

haha whats funny is you hid your gauges which i doubt would be very useful due to their lack of visibility but you leave your giant rice bowl tack out in the open when a an oem Si one or Ex for that matter would have been a more logical choice for someone trying to "hide" their gauges.
just my opinion
just my opinion
91 civic 4dr $1500.
turbo $1000.
Gauges $50.
Loss of heat and ac so you can strain your eyes trying to see your gauges through your Vents! PRICELESS
