My car has been stalling out and not starting up for awhile now, and i've noticed a few things. The Turbo seal on the intake side of the turbo is leaking, and there is oil on my spark plugs. The car is getting gas and good 180 on all four on a compression test.

Could a leaking seal cause oil on the spark plugs and the car to stall out?
