like the title says, the reason i need one is im battling with the body shop. i just had an accident where i ran somthing over that was in the road. and they need some kind of proof that i had one. otherwise they wont replace it. ill be willing to pay for a copy, if the place is in arizona or colorado that would be awesome. or an online one would work as well. thank you in advance

why does the body shop need it? i think you mean the insurance company, and i believe that would be considered insurance fraud.

yes, i understand. but in all honesty, i think that is considered fraud. there was another thread where a guy was looking to do the same exact thing, he was asking people for receipts for different things that he apparently had, but did not have the receipt for. but anyway, good luck, it is really none of my business.

yea thats true, i may not want to risk it just for a lip. i might just have to suck it up and buy another one

 

couldn't you call the place you ordered it from? maybe they still have a record of the sale in thier system? if you payed by credit card, could you find the statement which your card was billed?

 

i got it from acura back in 02 or 03, they dont keep records
