Anyone gone to one of Jason's schools?

I just signed up for 2 days at Loudon.

I wanted my own thread since the superbike school has their own

 

did you do one or two days?

As of one post ago I was signed up for 2 days.

Not much has changed since then

im still debating which bike I want, i need to sit on a mille.

I don't think i'll have the scrilla for 2 days, and would rather make a weekend of it since it's a hike.

i signed up for way too many track days this season

It means if you live in down in nova or wherever you're from there is no reason ever to come race at loudon.

So I assumed you were talking about going to the one at loudon.

 

That's Jason Pridmore's school, right? Let us know how it goes. His dad runs CLASS, which is more tuned towards beginning riders. Some people I know enjoyed CLASS. I imagine Star would be much more enjoyable for, ahh, speed freaks like us.

 

I did Class Rides a long time ago with Reg Pridmore and I had a blast. They provided lunch and drinks and gave away some really cool prizes. They gave a 3 color paint job for a race bike, set of race plastics, LP stands, a ticket for another free Class session, and some other misc stuff. They had about 6-7 instructors on the track each session. Most people were too timid to ask for help with lines and body position so I basically had my own private instructor for the entire day, all that for 300 bucks.

One of the best parts was that they had a VFR with a camera in the front and back and he would take footage of riders and critique us during the class section.

 

I want to do it, but I can't truck my bike down there and use it

i was cause i thought it would be cool to do it with someone, cause no one here would do it with me

I know a few people that are going to the loudon days from the local dealership and friends.

The guy who owns the dealership coaches with Star so there are always a few local guys who go. Riding two up with him will probably be the only time I'm going to be on the back of a bike with a dude riding.

I've read some terrific reviews for the STAR and CLASS schools.

I'm planning on attending the 2-day at Freddie's school in the Fall. I've been to Keith's school but want a different perspective on peformance riding.

 

I did a day with Class and Reg, Jason's dad, and I had a blast. They gave away some great prizes at lunch, free track plastics, track day passes, stands, paint jobs, custom leathers. Usually there are plenty of instructors on the track so dont feel scared to ask them for help, most people are too intimidated but thats what you're there for. They had a VFR with cameras in the front and back and recorded riders and we would critque in the off session.
