my gsr has those black side skirts and i was thinkin about painting them white to match my car. they are not exactly smooth so would i have to do alot of sanding and prep work in order to paint them? replies will be appreciated

 

i'm sure sanding/prepping them for paint would definately be a lot better than just getting them sprayed. I just know that if you don't prepped them correctly, the paint will easily chip and scratch.

 

Clean them really well, sand them lightly, spray them with primer, then mix some paint with a flex agent spray again, then clear and waalaa!

make sure u use a prep sol or prep all, you can buy it in the automotive section at walmart, it helps alot, and make sure you clear them too.... we do it all the time.... never any problems...

 

or you could buy plastic paint. It bonds real well and its strong.
