p08-900 i believe it is ... wouldnt think that jdm ecu would have one

 

at those speeds his speedo is probably inaccurate, so the 115mph is correct.

my friend has a skyline and it makes a noise somewhat like signal light if your over 60 mph, but i guess you can just take a fuse out to stop it.
