? on 94 accord tail lights! < they're always on.
I have been having problems with the tail lights. As soon as I plug the battery, the tail lights go on and stays on no matter what. Even if the car is off. After work i plan to check out the bulbs to make sure none are burnt out or that they are the right ones.
I also was wondering, how many grounds does the tail lights harness has? I only seen one. Is it the only one?

BlkFlsh picked up on the usual culprit for this. Look at the peadal where the switch contacts it and see if the plinger is being pushed the whole way in when the pedal is at rest. There should be a rubber peice on the pedal itself that the plunger contacts.
Another test you can do is push the pedal down with one hand and with the other push the button for the switch in and see if the lights go off.

So i found some CD player wires that were touching, fix that and did the brake test and the brakes now works (didn't before). But the parking lights are still on! but they are dim though. Any thoughts anyone?

Don't have much time to help right now but pop the upper column cover off and unplug the headlight switch and see if ti goes away then. Since you said you found stereo wires touching I suspect this is a similar issue.
