115 miles total? Or are you talking about 115 thousand miles. For a '97 with only 115 miles, I'd say $10,000. That's rare as all heck!

3,682.38 exactly. But seriously how are we suppose to know how much you are willing to pay for the car, how much the owner wants for the car, what the car is worth to you, and to the owner, differnet areas have different resale value of cars,I mean you yourself have yet to see the car in person, and you expect us to make a offer for you?

I would pay $4500 if the body is in good shape. I payed 6900 for mine with 80,000 miles and its a 98 in mint shape.

I would say 115k miles is high/average. Thats about 13k miles a year right ?
I paid $7k for my 97 EX two years ago with 79k miles. It has 83k now. I'd suggest Edmunds.com Used Car Value TMV True Market value.
97 EX = $5500 - $6k + for a Good - Excellent - low milage.
Seems like these cars hold there value more than just about any other make/manufacturer. On the other hand the market is flooded with them so as a seller you have to look at any reasonable offer.

I payed 4500 for my 97 CIVIC EX 4DR with ONLY 66K miles and a clean title. Good *** deal! Downside was the car was kept outside adn the bumpers were scraped up but i could fix the bumpers for under 500 and sell it for over 6000
