Default Totally Screwed...

At least until I get a new tranny: (this is where the tranny mount bolts up to the housing)

I have a WTB here for a d series tranny, but I just wanted to show what being lazy and not replacing a front engine mount can cause. Because that is the only reason I'm thinking this happened.

Nice work there. Sucks, but you knew it could be prevented.

^^Yeah, this **** sucks...

And I'm really kicking myself in the *** over this because I just got the bolts I needed to replace the front motor mount yesterday.

^^well as much as I would hope that it's only the mount, I don't think I'm that fortunate. Can you explain to me how you think you only see damage to the mount?

^^GOD I hope so. I'll check it out a little better after work. This happened just as I was on my way this morning. Needless to say, I was a little late.

I just was able to get a closer look on my break and it's definitely just the bracket. Thanks for the input guys. I'm just glad it wasnt' the housing like I originally thought. But I'm gonna go to the junk yard and grab the whole mount and bracket.

oh im glad! had the EXACTTTTTT same tear on my mount lol..... as well as drivers side
and i think he rear once. my rex just hated that 4 speed(5 speed went out. long story). i was to stupid to put 2 and 2 together with my engine jerking hard when i got off the line. and my mounts breaking lol. good luck! hope its alright.
make sure to not over tighten the bolts after words... you tend to tighen a lil more after fixing it a couple times : P

Well unfortunately for me, I think the worst possible thing that could have happened, happened. Went to go park my car from one spot to another so I wouldn't get a ticket and BAM! there goes the axle. Bearing shot right outta there, sitting in the spot next to me. I couldn't get any pics of the axle or anything though.
