is there break in on the 6 puck?? for some odd reason i think there is not

 

Every clutch should be broken in. You should put 500 miles on it, city driving, before applying full power. That's 500 miles of easy city driving to wear the flywheel and the clutch together.

 

I never broke my 6 puck in.
Went to the drags about 50 miles into it.
NEVER had any problems

I broke mine in for about 500 miles. Actually i lied it was more like 499 then i hit the track to see that 500 roll in the burn out box

I recommend ALWAYS to break in a clutch that has springs. If its unsprung im not to sure because i never had one.

 

well it is unsprung

 

With an unsprung clutch, just try not to break the tranny!

GearSpeed has seen plenty of those failures with ACT unsprung clutches.
