ctr internals and pistons?

I have a 99 civic si. I want to use ctr internals and pistons. But will there actually be that big of a difference in power?

what do you mean by ctr internals?? you mean cams and all?? you will notice a diff for sure.. and it will up your compression.. i have a set of 82mm ctr pistons and rings for sale if your interested also
