so i been getting these noises from my tranny like when i put it in nuetral i have a b16a and im not sure what it is. When i put in my clutch all the way in it stops then when i remove my foot from the clutch its starts doing this noise. If anybody knows what could this be please help thanks

 

either the throw out bearing or the input shaft bearing inside the transmission. Try searching. Lots of info on this subject
