I currently have a 2 1/4 custom exhaust set up. Its loud.
But my friend brought up a very good point. I have a stock GSR can in my garage, would I be able to weld it and use it with my custom exhaust set up? Would it cause any restrictions to the airlfow or would it flow just as good as the aftermarket muffler I have on it now? Because the muffler is annoying as hell and I think itd make my car look really clean and bring less attention to it.

 

yea you can weld it to it but of course it will be more restrictive than a decent aftermarket one.

 

If you're looking for discreet, then take your stock exhaust setup to a muffler shop and have them gut the damn thing. Looks like your stock exhaust (duh) and sounds fairly decent.

 

Would it be a significant restriction or just a little.
Because im debating whether to tilt my N1 Style muffler or to put the GSR can on.

 

well tilting the exhaust isnt gonna make it any less loud. but about the restriction you might notice a little loss up top. the more power you have the more youd notice.
