sedan c pillar brace?

sedan c pillar brace?
I am wondering it anyone makes a c-pillar bar for a 96-00 sedan. I've got an EM racing bar that's just sitting around, but cant be used due to mounting points of the seatbelt. If you have any info I'd appreciate it. TIA!!

The seatbelt doesn't mount to the c-pillar. No place to bolt it to. Thanks though man
