so i have an 89 dx hatch. its an auto, bought it for my girl. but it was too low for her, so know she drives something else and i get to have it taking up space in the driveway. its kinda neat and different, auto, a/c, even power steering. so its a cool lil commuter. but i wanna swap out the d15, i have a sohc zc, and for now think that will do the trick for more power at the time. but i was wondering anyone running an auto that has some *****? like 150+ hp. i was thinking a civic ex motor/auto trans swap with maybe a turbo or supercharger. i've heard that there are auto zc's out there. that might be another choice if i come across one. has anyone heard of a lsd for an auto (lol incase it will ever be needed) how much power can an auto handle.

ive addressed the suspension with tokiko shocks and urethane bushings, also gonna do a rear disk w/ sway bar swap, hopefully in the next day or two.

and i think an ls/auto swap is kinda outta the question without a great investment of time and money. so this is just gonna be a peppy lil commuter car, even maybe give it to my sis when she gets a license. so a 5-speed swap is not what i want. already have 3 other manual cars and a motorcycle. so its kinda nice not to shift

so if anyone has a peppy auto civic (dx,ex,lx any year), help is greatly appriciated.
