I am attempting to swap an ls motor with auto tranny into my girls dx 00 dx

I've heard that the auto tranny in integras is larger than the normal 5spd.... big enough to require cutting the frame to make space in the civic chassis

I wanted to do this in my 92 eg, but got flammed and flammed, so I decided to do a auto to 5sp swap, but .. what's the point ? my car is stock, so I'm just going to sell it and a get an 95 5spd or something
