qualified 9th out of 9 cars but this is the first time out on slicks for me period, and the first time in a fwd car making this power.

as stated qualified 9th, 11.37 @ 126.12
lost to joe simpson due to nerves and the fact that he had me covered anyway, but ran a 10.964 @ 129.06

first off there are people to thank.

first and foremost, james and jay from our shop for staying till 430 am friday morning getting a tune up ready for my car. put down 520 whp 313 tq.

second, only because james and jay sign my paychecks, dan and phil for all the coaching this weekend and phil for spotting my burnouts.

the man that beat me first round, joe simpson, for the deal on the injectors that got me the whp i have.

chuck, andy, nick, and miguel for hanging out while i was on the rollers.

john at m&h for the hookup on the slicks.

ronnie and spence for the killer cage.

lew for towing my trailer having non truck having *** to the track.

UPDATE:
qualified 4th at atco and went 10.72 at 129 in qualifying. made it to the semi's and again lost to joe.

10.72 split with gauges i know about the a/f ratio. my sensor took a sh*t and only reads 14.7

this iwhat happens on your first 2nd gear burnout if you dont have a kungfu grip on the wheel.

haha, dont know about atco, I need to put together a real car before going up to one of the bigger events... Oh btw, my car will soon be on 17psi....Yes its on the same bs engine management, and yes it will be on pump gas... cross your fingers she stays in 1 piece.!!!

nice car, i actually went up to it and checked it out on saturday. i was there saturday but no racing. had the silver ek on work equip 03's in the speedlounge booth. good time also.
