would.. yes...

both fit yes..

but, the coggwheel? on the waterpump is smaler, so you need a LS belt...
also the waterpump will spin a bit to fast on the high revs... if i were you, i would nog use the ls waterpump.

the oilpump is the same as the GSR yes.

well if it has to do with the crank position sensor then wut if i use a obd0 sensor which im gonna use anyways guys im building a gsr block and right now its completly bare except for crank, rods, and pistons. so i was planning on using all my parts neccesary to complete it from my obd0 b16 block that came out of my car when i was in an accident so this brings me back to question would i be able to use these pumps or not?

First you say LS pumps and then you say B16.The B16 is the same as the gsr.

The LS waterpump will fit, and will work if you use the ls timing belt, the only thing you have to watch out for is high rpm operation, the smaller ls pump will spin faster, which can cause cavitation, a vtec pump is a better idea. As far as the oil pump goes, get an obd2 pump.

but is there any way to convert the waterpump so it doesnt get fucked up like using the wheels from the vtec pump and i want to know what is the reason why the oil pump has to be a certain obd but i found out today my obd0 oil pump is fine so that will work right
thanks

The gears are pressed on the water pumps and are not changable. The odd0 and obd2 oil pumps use a different lower timing belt cover. You can buy a new water pump for around $60.
