Default Just swapped a d16z6 into my cx hatch ?ecu question?

Is is ok to run the stock cx computer until i install my turbo and tune with my hondata chipped ecu?

I just got my engine running today in my cx hatch. z6 head/ y7 block. I dont have a stock p28 at the moment. Car seems to idle and drive pretty smooth with the cx ecu in it.

If you insist on this, I would not drive it hard. The cx ecu is made for 190cc injectors so it ought to get fucked up enough because of the z6 240s to make it run rich enough so that it won't get fux0red, but who knows for sure until you try.

i think it is running pretty rich with the cx ecu with the z6 engine. the plugs are pretty black. i dont want to run this cx ecu but it seems like a waste of money to go out and buy another p28 when im going to put my hondata ecu in, in acouple weeks when i put my turbo on.

well i'll see if i can borrow a p28 from someone til then. thanks

edit: what if i put my cx injectors in with the cx computer? I'm not going to be getting on the car much since it still only has less than 10 miles on it.

Then it'll run pretty lean, not terribly though,

I believe that vx and cx are both 190cc, I have seen it on h-t a few times and someone confirmed they were different for me once but didn't know the size. And that would account for the richness he is experiencing.

Because the z6 is hungrier than the cx was.

Are you sure, because I have seen this in reference to vx injectors also.
