Cam gear adjustments ????
ok so my 91 teg b18a1 ...
how do i move 1 of my cam gears over.... like if i have it at TDC, when the "UP" marks are on top, one of the gears isnt all the way up, so its like off by a tooth or 2
how the hell do i fix it..... now my car wont start...
need fast help... thanks

You have to loosen the timing belt, remove the belt from the cam gears, turn the cam gear, reinstall the belt, and adjust the belt tension.

I think that you can use the holes in the cam caps to lock the cams in position while you install the timing belt. Just insert an appropriately sized Phillips screwdriver to hold the cam. You have the holes circled in the last picture.
Regarding the broken bolt, you will need to remove the cam cap. If you are fortunate, the broken stud will be above the surface of the head. Just unscrew it in that case. Otherwise, you will need a screw extracter. You can purchase a new bolt at any Honda or Acura dealership. Just look up the part number here first:
