I traded my "winged" trunk lid for a wingless one. I quickly slapped it on and called it a day. I tried this morning to line it up better but I was unable to do so. It still looks like ****.

Anyone have any tips?

 

Figured it out.

I loosened the trunk latch and it closed nicely. 99% better than before. Then I jumped in car and pulled the back set down and tigtened the latch.

Feel much better now.

 

so how did you do it, my trunk doesnt line up well either.
