i can have the oppertunity to buy a b16a engine with the block replaced with the b22 longblock. i'm not sure if it would yeild enough horsepower to be worth the extra cash. i'm almost sure it will fit in my crx si. any other opinios about what i should replace my stock engine withand not burn my cash flow?

 

How do you get 2.2 out of a B block?

Bore and stroke the 2.0?

Is there even enough room between the piston walls to bore the 2.0?

 

b22 is poo poo dont bother get a b20z if ur gonna try the head swap teh prelude motors suck *** and the head wont fit like it will on a b20z from the crv

 

Unless he's got a Payne block, or a Golden eagle block... I'd say this guy's on crack...

 

When are the Payn blocks due out?

Or are they already?

 

golden eagle....mmm.....tasty......my friend has a bored out golden eagle LS motor(2.0l)....it should be running this week......my god...that thing is gunna haul *** after he breaks it in.....oh yah....its turbo

No word on Payn's block being ready any time soon... they didn't even hae one in the Rig at the Drag Race in Dallas a month ago... Dammit
