94 civic, obd2 to obd1 distributor problems

94 civic, obd2 to obd1 distributor problems
I have a 94 civic with a 99 sohc vtech swap and am having trouble getting it to kick over because of the distributor difference. the one that came with the motor has one rectangular plug with 8 wires and the wiring harness for the previous motor doesnt match up correctly. any ideas?
